We are excited to announce that two of our tenth grade students have placed once again in the Abigail Phelps Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution High School Essay Competition. For the competition, students wrote an essay about a figure who influenced the course of the American Revolution and the founding of the nation. Congratulations goes out to Hansika Lenkala who won first place with her essay about John Dickinson, and to Abhinav Lenkala, who placed third in the competition with his essay on Esther de Berdt Reed. Hansika’s essay will now move on to the state competition.
